Testimonials From Buyers of Courtland Court:
I love living at Courtland Court. Mike (the builder) is great and willing to help out anytime. The townhouses are
really nice at a reasonable price....!....now
that I live there I love it ..... - DZ
Here are some of the main reasons we chose Saint Stephens (COURTLAND COURT):
- Proximity to downtown for work but also for Indians, Cavs, Browns games, night-life, etc.
- Ability to create a unique second floor layout that fit our needs/desires
- Attached two car garage is almost impossible to find in Ohio City area
- Open floor plan on the first floor provides a "downtown loft" feel ........... - EMC
Cleveland is just something I believe in! I feel like I looked everywhere that might have some charm....Many of
those communities had things I liked, and they also had things I didn't like....then I decided to stop by Courtland
Courts....Typically townhouses (at least in my mind) seem sort of dark and narrow...these are built over a 2-car
garage, so they are wide...and with crazy-high ceilings on the main floor, vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms, and all
these huge windows, sliding glass doors and transoms! They are light, bright and cheerful, even on a gloomy winter day!
Everyone who has bought at Courtland Courts has been great! I love my neighborhood, and my house! What more could I ask for? - AK
Last fall, I was living in an apartment in the "burbs" and Interested in moving to an up and coming urban nelghborhood. After Looking at many condominiums downtown as well as east and west sides of town and not finding the one "perfect place", my realtor decided to show me St. Stephens (courtland court) ... The quality of the work and the craftsmanship Is obvious....the spacious 2 car garage ... Ohio City/ (Detroit Shoreway ) Is a blossoming community with a wonderful after work scene. Added to that, the proximity to downtown and easy freeway access allows going to other parts of town a piece of cake, its nice to be a part of the revltallzation of this historic community. For the first time in a long
time, I feel like I'm home.... - CO
I looked at a lot of different townhomes and condos in the Detroit Shoreway and Ohio City neighborhoods and was glad I found Saint Stephens Court. The quality of the townhomes here and the area I got for my dollar was far better than the others I had viewed. The builder retains contact with the residents and often assists with any questions or problems I may experience at the unit. The neighborhood at Saint Stephens has developed into a mix of professionals who are great and everyone gets along very well. Also, the Gordon Square Arts district, just a few blocks away has been cited in the Plain Dealer and magazines as the next big area developing on the West Side of Cleveland, with theaters, restaurants and shopping they anticipate will be one of the hottest spots in the City. Overall, I am very happy I chose Saint Stephens Court as my new residence. - MW |
